Shipping policy

Processing time:

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed during sales and promotions may take additional time to process. We will do our best to ensure these delays are kept to a minimum.

Local delivery:

Local delivery is available within a 30km radius of our home studio located in Barrhaven, ON. If you are eligible for local delivery, the option will be automatically generated at checkout. 

​We offer complimentary local delivery for orders over $60. For orders under $60, a flat rate of $10 will be added to your order.

Local delivery will be completed within 2-5 business days.

Pickup:

Pickup is available from our home studio in Barrhaven, ON. Once your order is ready, we will email you with pickup details and arrange a convenient day and time for you to collect your order.

Shipping and delivery time:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are based on the shipment option selected. Please note delivery delays can occur and are out of our control once your order has left our shop.

We offer free shipping to Canada and the United States for orders over $150.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

We are not responsible for any additional customs, duties, or tax-related fees. These additional fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

If customs, duties, or tax-related fees are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for your order and the associated shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
