Refund policy

Returns/ Refund Policy:

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

For an item to be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale/clearance items and custom orders are non-refundable and final sale.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for shipping products back to us. It is always recommended to use tracking for your shipment or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

Refund Processing:

We’re sorry you didn’t love your order.

Please contact info@luxeandgrace.ca with your order number and the product(s) you would like to return.

Once we receive and have inspected your returned items, we will send an email to notify you that the item(s) have been received and if they have been approved or rejected. If approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds may take a few business days to appear on your account.

Damaged Items:

If the item you have purchased arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement free of charge. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with the following details:

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the product
